Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Voice to Voice("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Voice to Voicemobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. We designed Voice to Voice to work without collecting or storing personal information.

Voice to Voice does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information.

The App requests access to your device's location solely to show you voice messages that have been pinned near your current position. Location data is used in real time on your device and is not linked to any personal identity.

The geographic coordinates associated with a voice message are stored temporarily on our servers only for the purpose of delivering the message to nearby users. These coordinates are automatically deleted together with the voice message when it expires (see Section 3).

We do not track your movements, build location histories, or share your location with any third party. You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. Without location access the App cannot show nearby voice messages.

Voice messages you record are transmitted to our servers and made available to other users in the vicinity of the pin location. Voice messages are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after their expiration period. No archive or backup is retained after deletion.

Voice messages are not linked to any user identity. We do not store who created a particular message.

We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• Browsing history or usage profiles.
• Payment or financial information.
• Contacts, photos, or other device content.

The App may use a third-party mapping SDK to render the map interface. Such SDKs may collect limited technical data (e.g., tile requests) as part of their normal operation. We do not control the data practices of these providers and encourage you to review their privacy policies. We do not use advertising networks or behavioral tracking SDKs.

Voice messages and their associated location coordinates are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored temporarily in a secure environment. Because we do not collect personal data, a data breach would not expose personal information about you.

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected, the App does not pose specific privacy risks to minors in relation to data collection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
