Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Voice to Voicemobile application (the "App") operated by Voice to Voice("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Voice to Voice is a location-based voice messaging application that allows users to record short voice messages and pin them to a geographic location on a map. Other users in the vicinity can listen to these messages. No user accounts are required. All voice messages are temporary and automatically deleted after a set expiration period.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian is aware of and consents to your use of the App.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. You may use the App anonymously. Because no account exists, there is nothing to log in to or out of.

• When you record a voice message, it is pinned to your current location and made available to other users nearby.
• Voice messages and their associated location coordinates are automatically deleted after their expiration period. We do not keep archives.
• By posting a voice message, you acknowledge that it will be publicly audible to any user in the vicinity of the pin location until it expires.
• You are solely responsible for the content of the voice messages you post.

You agree not to use the App to post voice messages that:

• Are unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Contain hate speech or incitement to violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Constitute spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive nuisance content.
• Disclose the personal information of another individual without their consent.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any voice message that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or attempt to derive its source code.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App in a manner not intended for human use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems.
• Spoof your location to pin voice messages to places where you are not physically present.

All elements of the App — including its design, interface, graphics, and underlying software — are owned by or licensed to Voice to Voice and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Because voice messages are anonymous and automatically deleted, no ownership claim is made over their content by either party beyond the temporary license necessary to transmit and play the message within the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not endorse or verify any voice message posted by users. You access user-generated content at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOICE TO VOICE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The App may integrate with third-party mapping services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
