How do I delete a voice message I recorded?
Voice messages expire and are automatically deleted from our servers after their set duration. If you need a message removed sooner, contact us via email with the details and we'll take care of it.
The app isn't showing any pins near me. What should I do?
Make sure location permissions are enabled for Voice to Voice in your device settings. If pins still don't appear, it may mean there are no active voice messages in your area yet — try recording one yourself!
Is my voice anonymous?
Yes. Voice messages are not linked to any user account or personal identity. We don't know who recorded a particular message.
I heard something inappropriate. How do I report it?
Please send us an email describing the issue. While messages expire automatically, we take reports seriously and will investigate as quickly as possible.
